| About the authors |
Alan Lawton is currently Senior Lecturer in Public Services Management at the Open University Business School, and has taught in a number of universities in the UK. He has (co)authored seven books on public services management and contributed numerous book chapters, articles and conference papers. He holds degrees in political philosophy. |
