Celebrating 25 years, Mrs Wishy-Washy and her friends have a new fresh look adding Software / Interactive to these well loved titles.

• 10 titles which contain readings from the author, Joy Cowley where she explains why she wrote each book as well as reading it to the children.
• The book is set to music, to emphasise the strong rhythmical aspect of the texts.
• Other sections allow children to take part in activities such as adding speech bubbles to the characters.
• Activities linked to the text.
  

The CD ROMs can be used on whiteboards in classrooms or in a computer suite (network licences required) and is a great opportunity for shared reading for the whole class. Many favourites are here ~ The Meanies, Mrs Wishy-Washy, Smarty Pants, The Jigaree and more.

1. Meet Joy Cowley - the author reads the story and explains why she wrote it.
2. Read Along - another voice reads the story and shows the pages so the pupils can follow the words.
3. Sing Along - available with words or as backing music for the children to sing along once they know the words. They could make up new verses if they wish.
4. Write Along - uses speech bubbles to see what the pupils have understood
5. Play Along - activities for use on whiteboards to develop understanding of the text.
6. Work Along - activities to use as follow up work.
