EZ Test & EZ Test Online
What is EZ Test?

EZTest is a new computerised testbank format from McGraw-Hill which will support many new textbooks. As the name suggests, it is easy to use - you can upload testbanks, modify questions and add your own questions.

EZTest Online, www.eztestonline.com, allows lecturers to select questions from multiple McGraw-Hill test banks, author their own questions and then either print the test for paper distribution or give it online.

Results can be automatically graded and saved into your online gradebook which can easily be download. Adopters should contact their local representative for more details.

About EZ Test

EZ Test is a flexible and easy-to-use desktop test generator used for creating paper tests. It allows you to create tests from book specific test banks or to write your own questions using questions templates. EZ Test accommodates a wide range of question types. Multiple versions of any test can be created and tests can be easily exported for use with course management systems such as WebCT, BlackBoard or PageOut or EZ Test Online. The programme is available for Windows and Macintosh environments.

EZ Test is designed to make it simple for you to select questions from MHHE test banks. The Select page is composed of two frames. The top frame, or source frame, shows a listing of questions from a test bank chapter or previously created test. The lower frame, or test frame, shows those questions in the current test. When selected, the questions are copied from the source frame above to the test frame below.

EZ Test supports the use of following question types:
True or False
Yes or No
Multiple Choice
Check All That Apply
Fill In the Blank
Survey
Numeric Response
Matching
Ranking
Short Answer
Essay

Instructors can use variables to create algorithmic questions and can do so for any question type.

EZ Test formatting

EZ Test allows instructors to produce nicely formatted tests. You can elect to scramble answer choices in multiple choice questions. You can also create multiple versions of the same test. Answer keys are automatically produced and you can format your key to include the questions or just contain the answers.
